Patients in South Central states (AL,AR,KY,LA,MS,OK,TN,TX) should deduct 4%.Patients in the Mountain and Pacific states AK, AZ,CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY should add 6%.
